Gallery at Hood Street Wedding

Weddings are a big deal, and we want to make sure you have all the time you need to get every little detail just right.  That is why we offer a full-day wedding package for your big moment. This package includes a one hour complementary rehearsal. 

Our wedding packages start at $2250.00 (Gallery), $3000 (Warehouse), $4500 (Gallery & Warehouse) and $5250 (Warehouse & Lawn) with full access to the venue from 9 am to midnight (damage deposit and cleaning fee are additional).  This gives your team of vendors plenty of time to set up, decorate and prepare for your amazing day! Please note: We also have hourly wedding pricing available.

VENUE POLICIES:

  • A deposit of 50% plus your damage deposit is required in order to lock in your date.  The remaining 50% is due 1 month prior to your event, along with the cleaning fee.  This is required for all wedding/party/corporate bookings.

  • There is artwork located on the walls in the Gallery area. If you would like a totally blank canvas for decoration in the Gallery, there is an additional fee for removing the artwork from the walls. *Please note: there is no art located in the Warehouse.

  • You may bring in any outside food and beverage into our space. We do not require that you work with any specific vendors, however, any caterers who prepare food on-site must be fully licensed and insured.  We are happy to recommend some of our favorites!

  • Standard tables and black folding chairs are provided by the Gallery at no extra charge. If you desire upgraded tables and chairs we can recommend several reputable vendors.

  • A damage deposit of $250.00 is required for every wedding/party/corporate event booking.  This damage deposit is fully refundable contingent upon the venue being returned in a satisfactory condition along with other stipulations listed in our venue rental agreement.

  • A cleaning fee of $125-$250 is required for each event (price varies depending on area/areas rented). 

  • Rental times should include your set up and take down time, so please consider this when choosing the duration of your booking.  If your time goes over, an overage charge will be assessed.

  • If you plan to serve alcohol to your guests, we require that you hire a licensed and insured bartender. Normally, bartenders can be acquired via your caterer.

  • The remaining venue policies are listed in our venue rental agreement.
